Please review the following rules and forms if you are moving in or moving out of UCU.

Moving In?
Download and sign the Rules Agreement form.
Moving Out?
Download and sign the Move Out form.
Moved Out and Need Your Deposit Back?
To get your deposit back, first turn in a Move Out form to your house president and fulfill the requirements listed on the form.
If you haven't received your deposit back within two weeks time after you have moved out of the house, please do the following:
(1) Contact the Men's or Women's house president (student). They need to forward your outstanding bills to the alumni accounts receibable contact, Linnea Grob, or notify her that you don't have any bills.
(2) If number one is done, then contact Linnea at linneag@gmail.com or (206) 369-2100.
