Houses and Rooms

UCU is made up of two houses, a men's house and a women's house, that share a common deck, parking lot, and lawn. The houses are located right next to each other and common areas are open to both genders during non-quiet hours.

Men's House

The men's house is located at 1605 NE 47th St, on the corner of NE 47th St and 16th Ave NE a block north of the university campus.

The men's house is approximately 5,000 square feet with four floors and 12 rooms for residence. Each room is designed for two occupants, except for one room which houses four occupants. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room, TV and game room, weight room, chapel, formal dining room, formal living room, and large foyer.

Women's House

The women's house is located immediately south of the men's house, at 4554 16th Ave NE. It is approximately 4,000 square feet with four floors and eight rooms for residence. Each room in the girls house is designed for two occupants, except for one room which houses up to four occupants. The house has an industrial kitchen, formal living room, formal dining room, TV room, study room, laundry room, and four bathrooms.
