Room and Board

Payment of room and board is due by the "Payment Due Date". Payment received in full on or before the Payment Due Date will be eligible for a $50 discount. If full payment is not received by the Payment Due Date, the resident is considered delinquent and is responsible to contact the alumni treasurer (or designated alumni) regarding when payment will be made.

A student with a delinquent account at the end of a quarter will not be allowed to continue residence the next quarter unless a payment arrangement is reached with the alumni treasurer (or designated alumni). The Payment Due Dates for room and board are on the date of the Alumni Board meeting as follows:

Fall Quarter --> Last Monday in October
Winter Quarter --> Last Monday in January
Spring Quarter --> Last Monday in April
Summer Quarter --> Last Monday in June ($500)

Room and Board Rates for 2008/2009 School Year

Room and Board Charge (per quarter): $2,160*
Less Full Payment Discount: ($50)
Payment Due by Above Dates: $2,110.00

* Quarterly social dues are not included in this charge

Instructions for Payment

Payment on before the due date can be given to the house treasurer for delivery to the alumni treasurer at the quarterly alumni meeting (with the exception of summer quarter). Send payments after the above dates directly to:
